Extra fees for current tenants:

These fees may be waived, in part or in whole, at the discretion of Click That Property. Waiving a fee on one or more occasions does not mean future fees will be waivered

Holding Deposit: Maximum one week's rent
Security Deposit: 5 or 6 weeks depending upon the rental amount
Early termination (requested by tenant): £30.00, plus a charge not exceeding the financial loss experienced by the landlord
Lost key (or security device): Equivalent to cost incurred
Changing tenancy documents (after commencement of tenancy): £50 inc VAT
Utility bills (e.g. council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet): To be paid by the tenant(s), unless otherwise stated
